Enjoy the view of Manhattan from our quiet hilltop two bed/1 bath basement suite with a private entrance, your own thermostat, free Wi Fi, full bath with tub/shower and a room with mini fridge, microwave and TV . Onsite parking with stone steps leading to a private entrance in the backyard featuring a fire pit for relaxing under the stars. Easy access to KSU campus, Stadium, Aggieville, and Ft. Riley. Guests access the separate space with self check in. Please note the owners live upstairs.

This LOVELY 1910's built bungalow gives you the old-time charm but with the beauty of a completely remodeled home. The brick chimney flue, reclaimed sliding door, & the original archways will etch their way into your hearts as a must-stay when you are in Manhattan. This home provides you the privacy you desire, a view of Manhattan Hill, Goodnow Park, and is less than a mile from downtown, Aggieville, restaurants, shopping, and the Kansas State campus. The pet fee is $25 per pet, per night.

City Park Home

Welcome to the historic Carl Butler House at City Park! During your stay, your group will enjoy easy access to everything in town from this home on one of Manhattan's most exclusive streets. Walk a block to Aggieville, KSU and downtown to enjoy great restaurants, shops, and bars. Enjoy the water park, pickleball or volleyball, and concerts in City Park, right out your front door. Begin or end your day on the large front porch overlooking the park. Book the carriage house out back separately.
