"The Place" is located in one of the old brick buildings in downtown Manistee between the theater and the pub. It's across the street from the scenic Riverwalk, less than 1 mile from beautiful Lake Michigan and footsteps away from restaurants and shops. Built in 1892, "The Place" has retained the hardwood floors and 11' ceilings. The 1400 sq. ft. of living space is a great place to relax after a day at the lake, hiking in the Manistee Nat'l Forest, or skiing at Crystal Mountain.
