Our living space provides the ambience of a turn of the century loft. Original wood floors, oak pillars and a fireplace creating a comfortable atmosphere to explore this quaint waterfront town. The Abigail Manor was built in 1868 by a French Architect. Mackinaw Suite reflects the cottage lake feel while the Main House is furnished to reflect the era it was built in. Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, oak, pine & sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained hiking trail winds through the woods. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a perpetually quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves.

The Main floor of this home with it's own Private Entrance, one Kingsize bed, one bathroom and a large kitchen. It is on a nice grassy lot with a long driveway. Easy walking distance to anything downtown, restaurants, shopping, etc. Both beaches are walkable, as well, but you might want to take the short drive if you are hauling coolers and beach toys. On the North Side of Town. FYI - There is an upper level with 2 beds/1 bath available in your rental for additional fee.
