The Greenwood Getaway

Whether you're into fishing, swimming, being cozy near the fire, or watching the stars from your wood-fired hot tub (it takes some work, but we promise it is worth it!), you can find your kind of fun at the Greenwood Getaway. We bought this cabin and renovated it to the way that our family would enjoy it most, and we've loved it so much that we can't help but want to share it with others. An idyllic cottage holiday experience awaits in this stunning sunset view waterfront location. Offering a living space that is loved by all those who stay, dock or rock swimming, and so many lovely places to sit and enjoy the view. With the added experience of the attached and working pottery studio, you will have a unique experience. Create or play in the dedicated work space for guests. If not creating explore the lake in the kayak, swim, hike the local trails or just sit and enjoy the view.

Lake Time Apartment in Sioux Lkt on Pelican Lake

This one bedroom ground level lakeside apartment is decorated in beach decor. Representative of beautiful Northwestern Ontario. Located on the shore of Pelican Lake in Sioux Lookout. The suite is ideal for an individual, a couple, or a small family, we have a cot for one small child. Full kitchen, living room, Wifi, outdoor space and barbecue. Breakfast food and coffee provided for short stays Walk out ground level entrance, lake side. Guests have access to the lake and dock.

The Hobbit House (Hot Tub)

This guest suite with a private entrance, is attached to our main house, where your hosting family lives. It's located in a quiet part of town tucked into the trees with a river and walking path across the street. It would be perfect if your travelling here for work or just need a relaxing getaway. This guest suite was once a chicken coop, now turned into a modern mid-century style house that we lovingly have called the Hobbit House because of it's low ceilings.

The Forest is your secluded, magical escape on 80 acres of private forest. Close (not too close) to Gimli, Manitoba down a long, private road. Waiting for you to restore and disconnect, enjoy the decks, walk the trails, or take in the healing medicine of the forest. Nestled in the spruce and aspen boreal forest, a woodstove, hammocks, fire pits, hiking trails, swimming pond, snowshoeing. And the vinyl collection. And As John Prine said we threw away the TV.
