Nestled in the small lake community of Albert Beach. Only a 5 min walk to sink your toes in the beautiful sand. Great swimming beach for kids. The water is shallow. If you like to bike, there are trails to Victoria Beach. Take a ride to the pier and the bakery. Or hike Elk Island. Sit around the camp fire, soak in the hot tub, play some games, and kick back and relax. In the winter, enjoy the Snowmobile trails, cross-country skiing and ice fishing. Thunder Lake Lodge Welcomes You

Our home is located on beautiful Thunder Lake. The suite boasts an ultra comfortable king sized bed, feather duvet and 100% cotton sheets. The suite is attached to our home but completely private, with a private entrance, (nothing is shared) which is also fully wheel chair accessible. We welcome guests to use our own private beach, bring your boat and go fishing, we have a boat launch. In addition, Aaron Park is right next door with it's many trails, and two beaches which are yours to explore.

Mullein Cabin w/ Lake Access @Wild Woods Hideaway

This cozylog cabin has a cathedral ceiling with a sleeping loft, indoor kitchenette, outdoor porch and picnic area with fire-pit. It is a 5 minute walk down to the lake and the rental includes access to a shared dock, wood-fired sauna and use of canoes, kayaks & SUPs. Guests provide pillows, season appropriate bedding & towels. On 15 acres of mixed forest along Mink Bay, this cabin is part of a eco-resort that is a wilderness getaway yet is 15 minutes from the shops and restaurants of Kenora.

Located in Wild Oaks Campground this cabin is the perfect place to connect with nature and each other. Take a dip in the pond during the summer months, or enjoy the hot tub and pool. Bring your snow shoes in the winter and enjoy a hike outside on one of our many trails, or get cozy by the campfire.(Hot tub/pool is not available during the winter months)
