Beautifully remodeled with radiant heated floors, a modern kitchen and objectively the best view in town. Perched on a bluff overlooking the Huron river and the Ann Arbor cityscape beyond, it feels removed but that’s the beauty of it: it’s a 5 minute walk to Kerrytown and the farmers market, 10 min to downtown, 5-min Uber to the big house. Argo park and river trails are your back yard!

The upper level features two bedrooms and shared bathroom. The lower level features a primary bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and two living areas (including dedicated workspace). Fishing is possible year round (bring your own pole). Hike the miles of area trails in fall leaves or quiet snow. Light a bonfire after games of corn-hole and table tennis. The cottage is a mere two-minute walk to dining, tavern, shopping, cafe, and the public swimming area. Bring your boat. The public launch is only 1/2 mile down the road.

Stay In An Old Train Depot - Gidley Station!

Be adventurous and stay in rustic old Gidley Station. It was moved to "Trail Acres" in the 1920's and was converted to a house. It has a unique but spacious floor plan, and is on a property that we have been working hard to restore for the last few years. PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING!
