The interior has changed very little. The bed is a traditional double. The couch extends to a twin bed if the full bed is too cozy for two. The kitchen and bath areas are small. The kitchen sink doubles as bathroom sink. The screened porch with fireplace is enjoyable weather permitting.

The Lodge is at top of the hill near the main cabin, with breath-taking panoramic views overlooking Jamestown Wildlife Refuge and Sportsman’s Lake salt marsh.
