Unsere nette kleine Wohnung liegt in einem schönen grünen Teil von Mannheim in Niederfeld. Sie haben Möglichkeit, einen Spaziergang im Wald, am See (Stollenwörthweiher) oder entlang dem Rhein zu unternehmen. Die Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sowie die Haltestellen sind ca. 500 m von der Haustür entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es ein Paar Restaurants und Bäckereien. Die Innenstadt von MA sowie den Hauptbahnhof erreichen Sie in 10 min. mit der Straßenbahn-Linie 3. Heidelberg erreichen Sie in 30 Min.

I live with my husband in a very nice house in the green and quiet „Seckenheim“ a district of Mannheim. We have renovated the upper floor of our house with a lot of heart and soul and are happy to welcome great guests there. Of course we are happy to support you, so that you will have a nice stay in the „Rhein-Neckar“ region and with us. The accommodation is called "KAISER7" a name combination of the street name and the house number. Our motto is "Stay with friends".

Ruhiger Rückzugsort und doch alles was man braucht. Das Appartment liegt auf dem Almenhof. Mit der Bahn ist man in Kürze in der Stadt (Haltestellte 2 Minuten zu Fuß), ruckzuck am Hauptbahnhof oder bei der SAP - Arena. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in 2 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Im Naherholungsgebiet Waldpark, das an den Rhein grenzt ist man in knappen 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Ideal, um nach einem ereignisreichen Tag noch ne Runde Joggen oder Spazieren zu gehen.

The tastefully furnished and well-equipped flat with balcony and with a wonderful view of the Mannheim skyline, the river and the Palatinate (21st floor) is very centrally located just a few minutes' walk from the city centre, the Luisenpark and the university clinic with direct tram connections in front of the door (city centre, train station, Heidelberg). Free parking at the weekend.
