Welcome to our barn conversion which we hope will provide you with the perfect escape, a base for your countryside adventures or a bed after exploring nearby towns and cities. Located on a working dairy farm the barn was converted in 2019 into 2 separate apartments each accommodating max 4 people. At the moment only the ground floor apartment is available to guests. Perfectly located with easy access from the M1 motorway, an hours drive from Dublin and Belfast and only 8 min by car to Dundalk.

Place is within walking distance to ballygawley with all the essential shops, bars and restaurants. Great access to M1 . 5 mins from Todd’s leap activity centre. Situated in a beautiful quiet countryside setting overlooking the sperrin’s and boasts a number of local walks and hiking trails. Both Garvagh forest cycling trails and The aqua water park in Kilrea are 10 minutes away by car The Laft is also situated within 30 minutes from 6 of Ireland’s top golf courses and but 25 minutes takes you to the must see Giants causeway and the beautiful north coast beaches

This unique place has a style all its own. Situated in Drogheda while having stunning views of the countryside and gardens. The apartment is airy and peaceful perfect for a relaxing stay. Robins Nest enjoys a great location close to Dublin a few Km to Stunning beaches and a short distance from so many historic sites such as Newgrange Oldbridge House and Mellifont Abbey. We are situated a 3 minute drive from the train station .The Dublin 101 bus and local town bus is on our doorstep

The Annex is situated in the countryside enjoying the peace and tranquility of the countryside and yet only 5 mins by car into Cookstown. Cookstown is in the centre of Northern Ireland and is easily accessible from all parts of the country. We are beside the Cookstown 100 road race.Local attractions are killymoon golf course,Lough fea, wellbrook beetling mill,Davagh Forrest mountain bike trials. We are approx one hour drive from the north coast,international airport and ferry terminals.

Our 'Tranquil Haven by the River Fane' is just a 12.5 KM. drive from the M1 Motorway and part of the famous ‘Drumlin Country’ of Co Monaghan. 'Candlefort Lodge' is a 95 sq m./(1022sq ft.) sized apartment at the lower ground level of our home. It is self-contained, bright, and private. Come to our locale and enjoy a relaxing experience with a beautiful outlook onto a spacious garden with the River Fane flowing by.

Apartment 3 is part of a barn conversation.The apartment is finished to a very high standard. The kitchen includes a fridge with freezer box, oven ,hob, washing machine, dish washer and microwave. The living room has a sofa bed couch and two occasional chairs. Dining area has a table and four chairs. Bedroom one is en-suits, with a King size bed with an Emma mattress. Bedroom two has two single beds and has no window. The apartment has a main bathroom with shower and has gas heating

Catstone Lodge studio "Teach Sagard"

Get away from it all and enjoy the tranquil country surroundings of Mature gardens. Wake up to birdsongs and view of the historic and mythical hill Uisneach 'the scared centre of Ireland in Pagan times' The studio apartment is adjoined to our home but has its own entrance. Catstone Lodge was built in the early 19th century and has lovely high wooden beam ceilings. Explore the acre of mature gardens and paths around Catstone.
