Top Floor Apartment with self checkin.

We are only 2 minutes walk to the Great Victorian Rail Trail with no major roads to cross, so its a great stop over for bike riders. We are approximately 45 minutes to the base of Mount Bulla and 5 minutes walk to Lake Eildon. 15 minute walk along rail trail or 3 minute drive gets you to the hotel that has meals every day. The apartment has a kitchenette that includes a Microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, coffee machine, hotplate, all cutlery, Airfryer crockery etc.. BBQ and Pizza.

The house is close to the high country with beautiful views. The apartment is ideal for a small family or couple. Even though it is attached to the house it is very private. All bedding/towels etc. supplied. Guests interested in accessing Mt. Buller for the snow season, mountain biking, bush walking or just taking in the wonderful scenery will find this location ideal. My place is close to Mount Buller/ Mount Stirling (Downhill and Cross Country Skiing) and Mansfield. You’ll love my place because of the location and the cosiness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). We are located next to the Merrijig hotel. The studio is located within the Delatite Apartments and quest can use the swimming pool and tennis courts.

Located close to town on 7 acres with a few farm animals and lots of fruit, 30min drive to the main Gate for Mt Buller or the ski bus is 2 minute drive. The apartment is attached to the main house but is fully self contained with its own private entrance. The accomodation is simple and cozy and perfect for exploring everything the region offers. No wifi.

It rises from the bathroom floor, through the hallway, and out through the roof — the literal backbone of this custom-built alpine lodge near Mt Buller.
