Next to the heart of University of Illinois campus, surrounded by beautiful mature trees, this spacious and serene guest suite will enhance your experience in town. The guest suite has it own entrance. It is connected to the sunroom of our main house. This space do not come with TV, washer and dryer. And the space do not have kitchenette. However, we provide microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. This space is not limited mobility accessible. No party and no smoking.

Escape at this peaceful and centrally-located space. Very modern, new construction, all new furnishings and equipment. Shared building with landlord (has studio on site) sound proofed for privacy. This 2 bedroom - 1 bath - Industrial style apartment can sleep up to 4 guests and is a short 5 minute drive to both downtown Champaign and University of Illinois making it an ideal location for your next visit to Champaign. The Edge is an 1st floor suite in a 100 year old Victorian-style home that has been converted into a duplex. This downstairs apartment features a spacious and open kitchen area, as well as a king bedroom suite, 55” smart TV, and Murphy beds.
