What used to be a working farm has now been turned into its own little holiday village. Enjoy the home comforts of a ground floor, one bed cottage, which consists of kitchen, dining & living area. The bed can be made into either king size or twin with a set bunk-beds. En-suite bathroom. Within 10 minute walk of the popular Carsington Water. Dog Friendly cottage accepting up to 2 x dogs, a fee of £25.00 per dog is payable (not included in price). Please ask to see our dog rules prior to booking.

Ground floor bedroom with en-suite walk in shower, whilst two separate staircases take you to the first floor where you will find three further bedrooms and two separate bathrooms.

Downstairs are two large sitting rooms and a fabulous bespoke kitchen and open plan dining room with ample space for the large dining table. The indoor swimming pool opens out onto the spacious patio, complete with whirl pool Jacuzzi with panoramic views. 5 double bedrooms and 2 extra sofa beds 3 bathrooms upstairs and 1 toilet downstairs. Easy public transport access to both Nottingham and Loughborough. Secure off road parking available. A county getaway perfect for walkers, cyclist, couples/families or even cricket fans.

You will find brand new comfy beds, new (downstairs) family bathroom and brand new well equipped cream Shaker kitchen with separate pantry.
