Our beach is never crowded — even in summer; this area is sparsely populated with just one row of houses (& adjacent homes aren't rentals). Contemporary décor. Unobstructed ocean views. Private hot outdoor shower. Home is updated on an ongoing basis. Always something new... :) Note: Airbnb is shifting all fees to hosts in fall 26 & thus asking hosts to raise nightly rates. Apologies, but we don't get the extra money — they do.

The Riverbend @ Old River Acres

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The Riverbend is located just outside of Wilmington NC in the quaint town of Burgaw. Nestled on the banks of the NE Cape Fear River, this is the perfect place for a getaway. Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. Enjoy the dock, shoot some pool and play some foosball. This place has everything.

Virginia's Country Cottage

Virginia’s Country Cottage, a charming guest house constructed in 2020, nestled on 40 acres behind our residence. Enjoy your own private yard and relax on the new outdoor patio featuring a gas fire pit. This 950-square-foot retreat offers tranquility in a secluded setting while still being close to Western Blvd. Nearby amenities include restaurants, grocery stores, a movie theater, mall, and Walmart, making it an ideal spot for those visiting cities surrounding onslow county.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Once the home is entered, forget all your worries and embrace a stress-free stay. The home has a fully equipped kitchen, dining at the table or counter for up to eight, and a spacious living room with 22 foot ceilings and large widows to bring in the natural light. Enjoy meals, morning coffee, or evening drink of choice on the large, private, screened-in porch, while enjoying a nice view of the golf course and pond.

Stays include linens (sheets, bath towels and beach towels). Beach toys, beach chairs, boogie boards and Shibumi Shade are all available for your stay as well!
