We welcome Small Dogs (sub 35lb) $50/day. This will be billed separately. IMPORTANT: We do not allow parties at this house. Enjoy your stay in this private 2500 sq ft indoor pool house complete with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a living room, swimming pool, hot tub, and laundry closet. The pool house is a separate structure than our main house (where we reside). Only guests who are STAYING are allowed on property (unless cleared through the owner). Due to family allergies, no pets or animals of any kind are allowed. Absolutely no smoking or drinking.
