The home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to the West End shops, trails, parks, fine dining, entertainment, sporting events and all major routes to Minneapolis Downtown and the MSP airport. Hosts live upstairs on the main level but very private, quiet and require no direct interaction with guests, as everything is self-service!

Lakeside Blue Bungalow - Inver Grove Heights, MN

Come enjoy this sunny blue bungalow, located 10 mins from MSP airport, in the SE corner of the Twin Cities. This spacious French country bungalow is in a separate private section of the lower level of our home with: private entrance, kitchen, large bedroom, bathroom with shower, and living/diningroom. - At least one person in the renting party must be between the ages of 28-70. Whomever reserves the bungalow, will need to show a photo ID when they arrive, to prevent fraudulent reservations.

This remodeled second-floor condo has a gorgeous lake/park view and is a short ride from the airport. You're 2 blocks from public transit and close to restaurants, bars, grocery, coffee shops, and a liquor store. You're 2 miles from Downtown. Two guests are best, but the space can accommodate three. One of the city’s best inner-city parks is across the street with a walking path in warm months, and a sledding hill and ice skating in winter! The lake is NOT suitable for swimming.

You'll find the neighborhood to be very walkable to the amenities in Uptown and an easy commute to Minneapolis.

Little House by Lake Phalen

Stay in your own private home which was recently remodeled and is located one block from Lake Phalen. The home has a full kitchen which is fully stocked. Breakfast and light snacks are included with your stay. The cushioned chairs and the loveseat have covers which are washed between each guest. The large patio located between the homes is a great place to relax and listen to the fountain or enjoy a meal.
