Welcome to my delightful guest house in the grounds of my home. Benefitting from its own private access, the living space is modern and open plan. There’s the convenience of a separate utility room including a washing machine. The master is a double, the second bedroom has bunk beds. There’s a powerful shower in the bathroom. Parking on the large driveway, and access to a patio space just outside of the living/dining area. as well as a pod point for electric vehicles, for an additional fee.

A lovely studio apartment with ample off road parking, WiFi, Smart TV, central heating, kitchen area (kettle, toaster, fridge, combined microwave/oven, cutlery, plates). A FREE Welcome basket with biscuits, tea coffee, milk, cereals and other treats await all our guests in the apartment. Guests have their own key so you can come and go as you please with no disturbance to anyone.

A lovely 4 bedroom detached house set over three floors, in the historic market town of Southwell in Nottinghamshire. Cedar Place is designed for the comfort of our guests and benefits from an enclosed garden with wooden shelter and outdoor seating, a large private drive area, 4 good sized bedrooms, full cooking and dining facilities, a comfortable lounge with plenty of seating, an en-suite shower room and a master bathroom with bath and shower. Ideal for families, larger groups and contractors.

Located just a 5-minute walk from Mapperley, with it's wide-range of cafes, bars, restaurants and real-ale pubs, this delightful self-contained and completely private annex is the perfect getaway for visitors to Nottingham. Situated in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood, there are shops, supermarkets, takeaways, chemists and launderettes within walking distance. Bus services run into the city centre every few minutes. A five-minute drive takes you to the beautiful countryside of Nottinghamshire.

The Old Stable, a secluded annex in Langar

A relaxing place to stay in the Vale of Belvoir for up to four guests. With country walks and great village pubs in the surrounding area and close proximity to Langar Hall Hotel. The Old Stable is attached to the main house but has it’s own entrance via a shared courtyard. It is a two bedroom home with ample parking available. We are within 15 minutes of The Engine Yard at Belvoir Castle and within 30 minutes from Melton Mowbray, Grantham and Nottingham. A perfect location for any getaway.

Beautiful cottage in village location

Located in a small village with beautiful countryside views, this spacious, 150 year old character cottage is self-contained with a garden to the front and a courtyard to the rear. It has two bedrooms, a newly refurbished bathroom, beamed living room and spacious kitchen diner. The cottage is 7 miles north of Melton Mowbray on the Notts / Leics border. Originally converted from a barn in the 1850s, it has been recently refurbished to a high standard but still retains many original features.

We are very well placed to access the city but just as close to the countryside in the opposite direction. We are within walking distance of all local ammenities including pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, takeaways, chemists, hsirdressers, barbers, & more also close to bus stops with frequent service.

You can walk to the Nottingham castle, Theatre Royal, Nottingham Playhouse or the Motorpoint Arena, or to many pubs (incl. the Ye Old Trip to Jerusalem dated back from 1068), restaurants including the nationally acclaimed Alchemilla & Japanese Kushi-ya . Close to universities, train station and the QMC.

Additional single camp bed and travel cot available if required.

The Escape

Staycation to visit Nottingham? Travelling for business or a tradesmen? You or your family/friends and pet or work colleagues will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located "The Escape" just 2.6 miles to central Nottingham, with very good roads, bus or uber links into town. Modern and comfy house with a big TV and decent sized garden. Very frequently commented on how comfy the house and beds are.

Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.
