“Ama-Zing" Beach House within the Vista Alta Estate in Ponta Malongane is a stunningly luxurious holiday home, nestled in a nature-lovers forest, overlooking turquoise seas teeming with dolphin and whales. Stay in the welcoming and quaint beach town of Katembe with this spacious, comfortable new home w pool, 15 min to downtown Maputo. Relax in the southern sunset on the large veranda listening to the calls of local birds. Enjoy a modern kitchen, open-concept living and dining room, and master suite with king size bed, large windows and private bathroom. The two other bedrooms are also furnished with new double beds. The fenced in yard is very large and has a basketball court and pool.

All rooms and the lounge have air conditioning units and fans.

This is a private house, with independent access, garden and parking space: it has 2 bedrooms, a dining room, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom - and it is ideal for a family or 4 people. It is entirely located on a first floor, which makes it brighter and safer. Access to the house is either from the front or rear stairs. The private parking has space for 2 cars; while the garden includes an external kitchen with barbecue facilities, available for lazy afternoons.
