You’ll be in one of Maputo’s most prestigious locations, near the famous fish market, and within walking distance of 2 major shopping malls. This area is great for jogging, kite surfing and wonderful food. The house is in a secure gated residential complex. It features a BBQ grill, a relaxing patio, 2 reserved free parking bays, and a fitness area with a sofa bed for 1 more person if needed, bringing total guests to 7.

Stay in the welcoming and quaint beach town of Katembe with this spacious, comfortable new home w pool, 15 min to downtown Maputo. Relax in the southern sunset on the large veranda listening to the calls of local birds. Enjoy a modern kitchen, open-concept living and dining room, and master suite with king size bed, large windows and private bathroom. The two other bedrooms are also furnished with new double beds. The fenced in yard is very large and has a basketball court and pool.

It is entirely located on a first floor, which makes it brighter and safer. Access to the house is either from the front or rear stairs. The private parking has space for 2 cars; while the garden includes an external kitchen with barbecue facilities, available for lazy afternoons.
