Beautiful 3 bedroom penthouse in a wonderful place, surrounded by all amenities. Only 5 min. drive to the beach and in short walking distances are big supermarkets, restaurants and shops. The apartment is 2 min. drive to Roda golf course, the residential has a lift and a communal swimming pool. Since this is my second home you will find it fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Featuring f.x. air condition, balcony and a private 100 m2 roof top with a great view.

There are plenty of sports options such as volleyball, golf, swimming and canoeing. There is still construction work going on at the resort. However, our complex is finished.

The Los Narejos neighborhood also has good restaurants and shopping centers. Ice cream parlors, swimming pool, tennis courts. A 6-kilometer-long promenade that can be explored by bicycle or on foot.
