Entire 2nd floor: 2BR 1 BA 3 deck (views) garden cottage 5 Km/3 mi from downtown. Great for 4 guests (5 is tight) with 1 queen, 1 double, 1 single & a daybed. I have 2 Labradors so dog lovers are WELCOME! We do allow limited use of our laundry - just ask. The full kitchen, desk, fiber internet, computer, 2 streaming TVs, a gas fireplace, but THIS IS NOT a MJ Vacation/party house! Noise limits start at 10 pm/no very young children. READ further below. I live in the studio on the first floor.

Lovely and Private

This property is a lovely beach getaway cottage. It is a guest house over the garage. One block to the beach but outside of the noise from the bars and restaurants at the the pier. One clock from two of Hermosa Beach's favorite restaurants, Martha's and the Bottle Inn and the Green Store deli. A short walk to the pier and loads of restaurants shops and the pier. Park your car and walk everywhere. Off street parking and access to a washer and dryer and all the beach things you need.

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.

Very quite and a perfect retreat for a single person or couple, or we have had several writers use it as a writing retreat.

This charming casita, located in the historic Los Angeles neighborhood of Windsor Hills/ View Park, is just what you need to pass a few nights or a week in LA. In a central location that's not far from the beach, the stadiums, or whimsical east LA. I have a strict NO PET policy. I love dogs and cats, but my severe allergies (which always seem to surprise me) tell me I should distance myself.
