The villa is in the area of Melisski, 7 minutes from the port. Sea water swimming pool. Access to a small bay where you can dive into the water, 2 minute walk. sea view, complete privacy on the terrace and the house. 5 bedrooms, one with 2 sets of bunk beds. Ideal house for 2 families. sleeps up to 12 people. Beautiful sandy beach of Xyla is 5 minutes away (by car). Please note: the Greek Government has added a Tax of 10 euro per day for Climate Change, we have added it as Tourism tax.

Our stone house is at Melissaki, 3.5km of dirt road (13min) from the port of Kea. It is the lower house of a complex of two separate houses with astonishing view of the sea and a marvelous sunset! You can find calmness and quietness in a typical picturesque landscape full of unique sent of wild bushes and especially thyme. Vourkari, full of excellent restaurants, taverns and bars, is 15min away, Ioulida, (capital of the island) is 30min away and the beautiful beach of Xyla is 3km away.
