La Casa sul Porto nasce dall’amore dei suoi proprietari per Maratea, località lucana considerata la perla del Tirreno, un anfiteatro verdissimo che ha come palcoscenico il mare. Si trova a pochissimi metri dal porticciolo turistico di Maratea, il borgo in cui si trova la residenza è immerso in un reticolo di scale, archetti e passaggi angusti. Da un lato è immersa nel verde, dall'altro ha una magnifica vista sul Cristo. La casa è molto luminosa e ogni appartamento ha almeno un affaccio sul mare.

Gli arredamenti in legno rifiniti con oli naturali, le pareti in pietra e calce, i pavimenti in cotto fatto a mano con finitura in cera d’api e il riscaldamento a pavimento rendono questa struttura sana e rispettosa dell’ambiente. Negli spazi sono esposte delle opere d'arte. I servizi della casa includono: aria condizionata, televisore, wi-fi , cucina, uno splendido camino ed un terrazzo con vista mozzafiato.

The privileged and dominant position, close to the main attractions of the Old Town, allows you to admire the Amalfi Coast and the sea from the wide windows.
