Dock out back for your boat. So much to do. And downtown Wausau 4 minutes away. Fall has changing of the leaves. Winter we are 10 min to Granite Peak ski hill. Originally built in the 1950s, this home has undergone a complete transformation; blending modern finishes & amenities with the best of the vintage style. You'll have all you need inside and around the house to both relax and entertain. If you want to get out and about, you can walk, bike or drive 1.2 miles to Bluegill Bay Park, and you're only 2.2 miles from Rib Mountain State Park and the Granite Peak Ski Area.
