Elegant Master Suite with king size bed, its own private entrance, bath and kitchenette. You must be comfortable going up 3 stairs to enter the suit from the patio. This is the only entrance. This working farm is situated on 120 acres nestled in the confluence of the Mckenzie River and the Mohawk River. The home, with its surrounding beauty, extensive walking trails, river access, and quick access to town, serves as an excellent place to gather, celebrate, and play. This is the perfect place to host a family and even a work retreat!

Beryl’s Bungalow is a private Studio apartment adjacent to our shop across from our house. As guests you will enjoy Privacy, plenty of parking, beautiful views of mountains & creek. The bungalow is pet friendly:) We are 20-30 minutes from everything Springfield/Eugene. I am a University of Oregon Alum and former Duck Athlete. We Follow our Ducks faithfully and enjoy meeting fans of our opponents:)

Come stay at River Bend Studio, a charming, private guesthouse in N. Springfield. The Studio is equipped with a Serta queen bed, bathroom, and kitchenette that has a sink, dishware, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker. We also have WiFi and streaming TV. The studio looks into our expansive yard shaded by a lovely beech tree in summer. Coffee/tea, water, and breakfast bars are provided.
