Cosy bungalow with ensuite, beachy decor, extremely comfortable queen sized bed Cont. breakfast is provided. Very private, roomy, detached from house, ideal for a couple. Infants over 6 mths [ mobile - i.e. crawling and above ] are discouraged for safety reasons We are a very well travelled couple who enjoy interacting with people. The house is 90 secs drive/5 mins walk to one of Victoria's best swimming and fishing beaches, 10 min walk to ferry, 4 mins drive to 5 top wineries and the golf club.

"The Lake House"...a place of relaxation

The Lake House" is on Blue Waters Lake. The unit is on the bottom level of the house with fabulous views and direct access to the lake and walking track. Infants and children are not offered accommodation due to the proximity to the lake. It consists of a modern, spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite. There is a beautiful garden with an outlook over the lake and an alfresco with a BBQ for guests to use. Kerrie lives upstairs. Sorry, no early check ins.☺️

Easy walk to beach, cafe & hotel.

Within 1km of the beach and walking distance to the beach cafe (Dawn) and the Ocean Grove Hotel. This relaxing and well equiped house will have you at ease from arrival and is perfect for both couples or families. Previous guests have enjoyed being away from the rush of the town, and loved the green garden and quietness of the area whilst being only a few minutes drive from the nearest shopping hub. We have solar power and CANNOT charge EVs. So please do not book, thanks!

Water is 50 metres ! is front apartment of 2 in a Fishermans cottage in the Historic harbour area of Queenscliff. You can see, smell and hear the sea from all rooms. It has a private garden, kitchen/lounge/dining room ,a large private verandah ,adjoining the queen bedroom. Wood fire is set and ready to light with plenty of wood - very cosy for nights in ! No need for a car as the marina, village, Blues train,ferry, beach are an easy walk.
