It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

Situated on a quiet lane in the heart of the market town of Horncastle is Banovallum Cottage, a terraced property of approx 150 yrs old that’s furnished to a good standard to provide holidaymakers with the quintessential holiday home in Lincolnshire. The area is very popular with walkers and cyclists alike, due to its great tracks and trails; the Viking Way cuts through the centre of the town. Our beautiful 150 year old cottage has unspoilt panoramic views of the Lincolnshire Wolds and it is surrounded by our own farm.There is an abundance of outdoor space, a 7 person hot tub, a small orchard and a fenced front garden with a hammock and garden furniture. We can provide secure storage for bicycles and it is an ideal location for both families and ramblers. Don't forget to look out for our Lincoln Red Cattle.
