Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Ciasa Silvia

The light-flooded 40m² vacation apartment Ciasa Silvia is located in San Martino in Badia (Sankt Martin in Thurn), a small community in northern Italy's South Tyrol region. The ground floor vacation apartment consists of a living room with sleeping options, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. An additional bed can be added to bring the max capacity to 5 people. The apartment features Wi-Fi and satellite television.

A-Frame Cabin

The A-Frame Cabins are situated in a quiet location on the campsite. Maximum occupancy of 2 people. Accommodation made of larch and pine wood with a double bed made of solid wood, under which there is a space for storing clothes and belongings. Bed linen provided, heating and electrical outlets. Small porch outside. Shared external bathroom (approx. 50m away), parking space approx. 100m away. Free Wi-Fi. Hairdryer available at the reception on request. ONLY small-sized dogs under 10kg allowed.

The holiday apartment 'Paracia Pec' is located in Badia and boasts direct access to the ski slopes. The 65 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. Your private outdoor area includes a balcony. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a garden.

The house is located in the centre of the village of La Villa in Alta Badia, on the main road, near the ski lifts (Gardenaccia 3 minutes and Piz La Villa 10 minutes) and near the main hiking trails.
