Originally a commercial space is a great place to relax and enjoy the sights and stars of West Texas. A studio with high ceilings and plenty of room. It is one of 6 apartments located in the heart of town. This space is entered through the courtyard at the back of the building where you can sit and enjoy the weather and stars! Our largest and most luxurious villa boasts a southern view overlooking the pickleball courts and the backyard. Providing plenty of the storied natural light of Marfa, it features high ceilings, a king bedroom with a large closet, a living room, a cozy reading nook, and a fully-equipped kitchen. This spacious unit offers plenty of room to gather or find solace. The generous bathroom is an added luxury, while the private patio is an ideal spot for enjoying morning coffee or evening vino!

La Cochera Private Apartment - No Cleaning Fee

Relax in this cozy, calm, and stylish space. One bedroom with a private entrance and private bath. A 3 minute drive from the town center or a nice 15 minute walk. 1 hour drive to Big Bend National Park, 1 hour to McDonald Observatory, and 30 minutes to Marfa. The ideal capacity for the apartment is 2 adults and one child. The fold out futon-style chair is best suited for a child or small teenager. Quiet neighborhood, dark skies preserve. No cleaning fee! Studio 410 is a tiny hideaway mere blocks from downtown. You feel like batman as you drive down the alley and pull into your own secret covered parking! Enjoy your shaded outdoor area surrounded by a privacy fence or chill out in the studio’s living area. There’s a small kitchen with everything you need for light cooking as well as a charcoal grill. The cozy sleeping loft is up a ladder, it has windows, a window unit ac and a queen-sized bed. It’s cute but funky, y’all!
