Built in the 1780s, Jubilee Cottage is a Grade II, four-storey cottage set in Deal's historic conservation area. The cottage is a pebble's throw from the beach (just 50 meters), and moments from Deal's High Street with its independent shops, bars and restaurants. Jubilee Cottage is furnished to create a stylish, comfortable, and relaxed environment for up to four people - and with a view of the sea from the main bedroom. A small, former fisherman’s cottage (ideal for 2 to 3 people) dating back to mid-1800s, Sea Sprite is just one minute away from Deal’s High St, seafront and pier. Located in the heart of the historic Conservation Area, the three floor property has been furnished to create a comfortable, cosy environment. (It should be noted that the stairs to the first and second floor are steep and narrow, with the bathroom on first floor). It’s the perfect base to explore the South East Kent coast.

Just a stone's throw from the busy High Street and train station, it provides a convenient and characterful base for exploring the town, the local coastline and the wider East Kent region, with its picturesque walks, beaches, and many excellent golf courses. Pets are very welcome by arrangement. The garden is sunny and has outside seating to make the best of warm evenings.

Front patio with evening sun to enjoy a sundowner. 10 minutes walk from the station, very close to Dreamland and the High Street. 5 minutes walk to the beach, pubs, restaurant, the Old Town and Turner.

The apartment is decorated to a very high standard, with a high specification kitchen and bathroom with large walk in shower. The lounge directly overlooks Viking Bay, with fabulous views of the seafront and is close to the town centre and easily walkable from the station. There is a wood burning stove for those chilly evenings or cosy winter breaks. We have one large double bedroom, and a double-sized sofa bed so the apartment is comfortable for 2-4 people.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Stay and Swim is just a couple of minutes walk from the Blue Flag beach at Westbay and the indoor pool is available all year round. The property has a private garden with seating area and newly refurbished rooms with sky views. Rest assured Nick holds a Level Three qualification in pool plant operation so we know to make sure the pool is always clean and healthy.
