Het betreft een gezellig appartement voor twee personen gelegen te Meerssen. Het appartement bevind zich in een bosrijke omgeving waar heerlijk gewandeld en gefietst kan worden, er is ook een leuk en net buitenzwembad op slechts 5 minuten loopafstand dat tegen entree bezocht kan worden. Het is 8 minuten lopen tot station Meerssen en 10 minuten tot het mooie centrum waar zich verschillende restaurants en cafés bevinden. Verder zijn Maastricht, Valkenburg en Aachen dichtbij goed bereikbaar.

Parkeren kan voor de deur tegen betaling (8,10 p.d.)

The spacious , tastefully decorated apartment is on the third floor of our house from 1905, 7 minutes from the Vrijthof staying in an oasis of calm. You live with us in privacy. The second bedroom is the mezzanine in the living room, accessible with a rather steep but easy to walk miller staircase. Silence in the house between11.00 pm and 7.00 am. Of course, homecoming is allowed later than 11 pm. At arrival you must pay touristtaxes, €3,80 each a night.

Oder sie können ihre Zeit mit Radfahrer, Wandern oder mit Schoppen verbringen. Den die rad und Wandergebiet Brunsummerheide, Tevenerheide und Shopping Center Maastricht, Roermond liegen alle in unmittelbarer Nähe.( circa 20 min.)

Das STUDIO AIX befindet sich in einem Gebäudeteil des denkmalgeschützten Vierkanthofs 'Gut Hausen' im Stadtteil Aachen-Laurensberg. The room with personal entry is nicely furnished and has a private ensuite bathroom. There is WIFI- connection, an electric kettle, coffee and tea. The room shows to the backyard with trees and is quiet. There is direct access to the small garden via the entrance hall.
