It brings you within 2 stations to Underground U2 and U3. Another station of the U3 ist just some minutes away - in the big shopping street mariahilferstrasse.

It is 5 minutes to Westbahnhof railway station and close to Mariahilfer Straße, Austria's largest shopping street. From Westbahnhof the metro U3 takes you to St. Stephan's Cathedral and the historic center in only 7 minutes. Popular sights like Schönbrunn Castle, Ringstraße with its museums and historical buildings, Museumsquartier and Naschmarkt can be reached easily by walking or by public transportation. There is a supermarket around the corner and in Westbahnhof there is a large mall with many shops and restaurants. Apartments Description The apartment is modern and elegant and has room for 1 to 2 persons. It consists of an anteroom, living/sleeping room with integrated kitchen, bathroom and separated toilet. Living Room The living room features a bed (160×200), a dining table and two chairs, a 40 inch flat-screen TV (cable TV), radio clock with iPod docking station. Kitchen The kitchen is completely equipped with all appliances (fridge, microwave, cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils and crockery). Bathroom The bathroom features a bath tub, washbasin and toploader washing machine. The toilet is separated from the bathroom. Anteroom In the anteroom there is a spacious wardrobe. Extras Free Wifi internet, coffee and tea, bedding, towels, toiletries. Latest time for check-in is 8 pm.

Start your exciting holiday in Vienna from our lovely, centrally located apartment! Whether you are travelling as a couple or a group of three or four ... our apartment is the perfect place for you to be. By tram you are in the historical center of Vienna with all its attractions and shops within 10 minutes. After an eventful day, you can relax in a cosy atmosphere. Of course you have free internet and Netflix available. On request we are also happy to provide a baby bed for the youngest.

The apartment is located in the hip 7th district close to the historic city center. You will find yourself in the most interesting part of town with its numerous artisan bakeries, coffee shops and local designer brands. Stroll around in the cozy streets whilst being minutes away from the main city center, reachable by tram, bus or metro in only a couple of minutes. Entdecke Wien um die Jahrhundertwende: In unserem klassischen Wiener Gründerzeithaus, habe ich dieses Studio mit liebevoll ausgewählten historischen und modernen Einrichtungselementen gestaltet. Im Badezimmer mit Wanne und Regendusche entspannt es sich nach einem Stadtpaziergang besonders gut. Auch im Winter ist es dank Eichenparkett mit Fußbodenheizung so richtig gemütlich. Mit Frühstück und kleinen Mahlzeiten kannst du dich in der Küche mit Geschirrspüler jederzeit selbst versorgen.

Privates Appartement im Süden von Wien

Die helle und großzügige Wohnung liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von der Mödlinger Fußgängerzone entfernt. Die Fußgängerzone bildet das Zentrum Mödlings und bietet einige Cafes, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch der Wienerwald ist nur ca 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Von der Goldenenstiege aus, können Sie viele schöne Ausflugsziele erreichen und die Wienerwald erkunden. Der Bahnhof ist ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar und bietet eine schnelle und komfortable Anbindung nach Wien.

I`m happy to host you in my lovely, sunny flat, just beside SCHÖNBRUNN PALACE. To the Gardens of the Schönbrunn Palace you will walk only 3 Min. Very quiet place well situated 6 Min. walk from U4 Metro station SCHÖNBRUNN. Take the Metro from there and reach the heart of Vienna on Karlsplatz for only 8 Min. ride. The flat provides many amenities, such as full equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron, as well as free Wi-Fi and TV. You will feel comfortable and happy there!

The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.
