Outdoor security camera around the house. Pet allowed(only one up to medium size with prior notice)

The house is located in a very quiet place in a rural area which is , 15 minutes from Palmas del Mar, 10 minutes from the highway and 15 minutes from the Cocal Beach. The house has an overlooking view of the beautiful Yabucoa Valley and close to places of interest such as the nature reserve Punta Mare in Yabucoa and Humacao Nature Reserve among others. Recomendamos rentar un vehículo SUV o 4x4 para su tranquilidad, si no está acostumbrado a transitar en la Montaña. Una vez comienzas a subir a la montaña, es por calles con curvas y algunas pendientes empinadas, pero completamente transitables.
