This apartment is meant to make your stay in Maribor unforgettable. We were trying to stick to the original antique structure of the building while renovating so the space of the apartment is divided in only three areas. But all the rooms are very big. Basically the living room, kitchen and dining area are one big space. We added a mini office space to the bedroom in case you travel for work and a sauna with bathtub in the bathroom, so you will feel like you are staying in a spa.

Welcome to a modern, spacious and cozy 1-bedroom condo (64 m2) located near the railway station that resides in the lovely and historically rich city of Maribor. Once you arrive, you will be greeted by the hosts Barbara & Igor and will get the digital key of the apartment. The easily accessible condo is on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom is bright and spacious with a comfortable bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a tub.

You can find us in the same park with the old castle and children playground. We are located in an old building, place is fully renovated this year (2016.). Welcome to my flat! The location is perfect for exploring the centre (7-8 minute walk) or to hike/ski on Pohorje hills (8 minutes by car). Parking is available next to the building behind a bar and is free of charge. The spot is designated. The nearest grocery store is just around the corner - open on Sunday. I'm always available for my guests - I live 15 minutes away.

Mansard apartment/studio (stairs 2nd floor) is equipped with all the necessary kitchen and other appliances and it's suitable for 2 people maximum. It has one bed (190x200). The apartment lies in the foothills of Celje castle and it's surrounded by greenery. The city center/train station stands (20min/1.3km) of the apartment, the nearest grocery store is 1km away.
