La struttura, completamente ristrutturata e arredata con cura, è composta da due camere da letto, un bagno, un soggiorno-cucina con divano letto e una veranda vista mare. È dotata di parcheggio privato. Sky and Sand Apartment is an ideal home for those who love sea and nature. Situated among the golden sand dunes with a sea view, it is the ideal place to spend a nice holiday in total relax and peace. From here you can admire stunning sunrises and amazing sunsets. The apartment is completely refurbished and furnished with care. It is consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room-kitchen with a sofa bed, a terrace with sea view and a private car park.

Seabreeze is on the water and you can swim right below the flat. A view of Ortigia, only 20 min by foot. The only noise you hear are the waves. Early birds will enjoy beautiful sunrises or relax after a day of sightseeing on the balcony sipping an aperitivo. L'appartamento, recentemente ristrutturato, è situato al terzo piano nei pressi della Porta Marina. La posizione è ottimale per chi volesse visitare le bellezze di questa terra, tra le quali Piazza Duomo, Forte Aretusa, Piazza Archimede e percorrere lunghe passeggiate godendo dell'eccezionale vista sul mare della Marina. E' possibile inoltre raggiungere delle meravigliose zone balneari scegliendo tra una rilassante giornata in spiaggia o in uno dei numerosi solarium sul lungomare di Ortigia.

“Cottage Bimmisca”is a charming small house with a wonderful view of the sea of the Vendicari nature reserve, seemingly floating on a cloud of olive trees. The cottage is about three kilometers from the sea, Noto and Marzamemi are equidistant about 15 minutes by car. It is located in the countryside, in an independent and private position near the house of the owners of the farm bearing the same name (eight hectares planted with organic olives and almonds).

Tancredi's seaside Home

Tancredi's home is located on the sand, 150 m from the sea, in front of the house only pine trees and dunes. It is very isolated.The property is 2300 square meters and extends to the sea. A 10 chilometri c'è Scicli bellissima cittadina tardo barocca patrimonio Unesco, set cinematografico di tanti film tra cui Il commissario Montalbano.
