100+ year-old historic parsonage moved onsite in the mid 80s. A homestead for many years, now home to Front Porch Market - a cheese, ice cream and antique shop and vacation rental. Please Note - this is an apartment on the 2nd floor of the building accessible via exterior stairs. 3 bedrooms featuring a king and 2 queen beds, clawfoot tub and tiled shower, full size stove and refrigerator as well as beautifully sitting area - original hardwood flooring. New flooring, electrical, furnishings, appliances, etc. White Potato Lake is just 45 minutes northwest of Green Bay. Lake is a 1000 acre full recreation lake w/a private dock. Great for waterskiing, tubing, wakeboarding, fishing, swimming or a casual cruise. The water front area is all SAND and SHALLOW for kids to enjoy for hours. It is the only residence located on a scenic 20 acre lake abounding with frogs, turtles, muskrats, ducks, geese, & eagles. Enjoy the tranquility from the large lakeside deck or roast marshmallows over a fire in the private outdoor firepit. No pets.
