The Lundgren Tree Farm

Located on 40 beautiful wooded acres in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, the Lundgren Tree Farm was founded by my grandfather Vic Lundgren in the early 1960s. Originally it was an 1880s homestead farm with a two bedroom log cabin and several out buildings. Over the years, my grandfather planted tens of thousands of trees on the property, painted hundreds of water colors and oil paintings documenting the natural flora and fauna, and converted a barn and other structures into additional bedrooms, an art studio, library and meditation room, and the Silver Dollar Pool Hall. As a lawyer, judge, artist and nature lover, Vic stocked the property with art, books, records and sculpture making the Lundgren Farm incredibly beautiful, inspiring and authentic. Just blocks from Lake Michigan, the Farm is a refuge for animals and artists alike, with trails, a fire pit, and rich solitude from city living. The log cabin farmhouse hosts two bedrooms, the kitchen, dining area, living room and full bath. It is filled with art, books, antiques, and a functional record player, organ and cast iron fireplace. The barn is not your ordinary structure, as it holds five seperate rooms - two bedrooms, an art studio, Vic's office and the meditation room. The open common area is rustic and contains a small workshop. The "Chicken Coupe" is a one bedroom outbuilding located behind the farmhouse, with a full bath (and one of the more modern sleeping quarters). All of the bedrooms have nice linens, wool blankets, mosquito netting (sometimes necessary) and antique furnishings. The screened gazebo next to the pond, is a wonderful place to read, eat or just sit back and listen to the frogs, birds and other wildlife that frequent the property.

Historic parsonage retreat at Front Porch Market

100+ year-old historic parsonage moved onsite in the mid 80s. A homestead for many years, now home to Front Porch Market - a cheese, ice cream and antique shop and vacation rental. Please Note - this is an apartment on the 2nd floor of the building accessible via exterior stairs. 3 bedrooms featuring a king and 2 queen beds, clawfoot tub and tiled shower, full size stove and refrigerator as well as beautifully sitting area - original hardwood flooring. The Highbanks is a 3 Bedroom 1.5 bath home that can sleep and feed up to 6 people. Full breakfast is included! Serve yourself: Items included, but not limited to; Coffee (decaf/reg),hot cocoa (kureig+ traditional pot), several kinds of cereal, waffles, pancakes, milk, juice, eggs, sausage, bread + more! The Home has HEPA filter, and UV light air filtration, and laundry facilities on site with soap and detergent. There's large driveway with plenty of parking for trucks+boats/trailers/RV's etc.

Tucked away in the woods, and steps away from the national forest, this tiny home offers the tranquility you need to completely decompress. The Sasquatch hideaway offers you direct access to the ATV trail, a 600ft walk to the crystal clear waters of Paya lake. New for 2025 is a Wood fired barrel sauna for to decompress. The main offers a queen sized bed and the guest room offers a Full/Twin Loft bed, as well as a twin Murphy bed. There is also a massive sectional couch as a sleeping option.

Firepit and gas grill. the cabin is located 5 miles out of town, so still close enough for shopping or checking out the restaurants. Pets welcomed, if well mannered.

This house is just steps from a public beach, 230-slip marina, parks, beaches, restaurants, bars and shopping. You can park your car and never have to drive, enjoying the scenery, shopping, swimming and dining. The TV has local channels only, no cable. Menominee is 50 miles north of the city of Green Bay on the bay of Green Bay. Door County is a 2-hour car ride and an hour boat ride across from Menominee. This is a cute 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath house in downtown Menominee on a quiet street.

Winding River Cottages-Pine Cone Cottage

The Pinecone Cottage is one of the units at Winding River Cottages on the Menominee. There is one other cottage and one house also on the property. This cottage is directly on the Menominee River, very close to Marinette, WI/ Menominee, MI. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, a full kitchen with full-size stainless steel appliances (stove/oven, refrigerator, over-the-stove microwave), and a living area with a 50" TV, chair, and futon, which can convert into a full-size bed.
