Enjoy the spacious deck and an outstanding view of the Ozark Mountains & Bull Shoals Lake. Plenty of outdoor space, including ample parking for multiple vehicles, boats, & trailers. Enjoy a cozy firepit. Inside the home is a large natural stone electric fireplace with color changing LED light features, located in the open layout living room.

White River Cabin, Fish right off the Dock

On The World Famous White River. Located South of Crooked Creek and North of The Buffalo River which makes this location a trout, Small Mouth Bass Mecca. Large covered deck for entertaining. Private dock is perfect for fishing, Swimming, storing your boat. Enjoy watching the bald eagles and such. Guided fishing trips available. Your guide will pickup and return you to the dock. The private dock is a partnership with the neighbor. Guest will be expected to share half of the dock with my neighbor.

Sitting 20 feet above the bank of the White River, this home features 2 master bedrooms with full baths at opposite ends of the house. There are 2 additional bedrooms with a shared full bath as well. The central part of the home is open with floor to ceiling windows to view the White River, sunrise, and sunset. Full kitchen, washer, dryer, and EV charging station available. Sit on large deck, fish from the bank or launch your kayak from our private ramp. Relax and enjoy the stars at nightfall.

The River Lodge at Rim Shoals

The River Lodge can accommodates up to 8 adults. This two-story, walk-out basement floor plan has 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen, and two full bathrooms. The upstairs is home to the living area, kitchen, and dining area. The master bedroom, features a queen bed, a twin bed, along with an attached master bathroom. Downstairs, you'll find a second living room, full bathroom and two more bedrooms. One of the bedrooms features a queen bed and a twin bed, while the other provides two twin beds.

White River Retreat at Redbud

This "A-Frame" sits on the bank of the famous White River in Gassville, AR. There is approximately 500 sq. feet downstairs that includes a full kitchen, bathroom with a shower, and a washer and dryer. There is a living room and a sleeper sofa for an additional bed downstairs. There is 280 sq. feet upstairs that includes a queen bed and two twin beds. Both levels have a 32" screen TV with streaming. There is also a nice outdoor living space with a covered porch and a large deck.

Unit #1 This is Studio unit #1 in a 4 unit house called the Magnolia House that sits on the White river between Gastons and the State Park in Lakeview, Arkansas. #1, 2, & 3 have no river view but #4 does. Each room is private with its own entrance and exit like a hotel. You can rent all 4 rooms for multiple families if available. Many rent Studio unit #2 along with unit #1. This unit #1 sleeps 3 comfortably with 3 twin beds. There is also a full bathroom, and kitchen.

Indian Rock house trailhead about 2 miles. Float from Maumee, Dillard’s Ferry and Rush. Swim at Skull Rock, all close by.
