With Bull Shoals lake right outside your back deck it is accessible for fishing, swimming, relaxing, boating, and/or exploring. Our lakehouse has 3 BR, 2 BA, sun-room, and wrap around deck that gives ample space for that relaxation you crave. Or if it is excitement you want, head to the Marina which is a 5 min. drive to rent boats, jet skis, kayaks, or canoes! There is also a cave nearby to venture through! Come enjoy!

Bring the whole family to this 14-acre slice of heaven just (3) bends upstream from the White River confluence and (4) miles from Ranchette White River AGFC access nestled on Crooked Creek, Arkansas’ premier blue ribbon smallmouth bass stream! This is Studio unit #3 in a 4 unit house called the Magnolia House that sits on the White River between Gastons and the White River State Park in Lakeview, Arkansas. You can rent all 4 units and 2 RVs for multiple families if available. Many rent Studio unit #3 along with unit #4 because they can be assessable to each other. This studio sleeps 3 comfortably. There is one queen bed and one folding twin bed in the living area. This unit does not have a view of the White River. #4 does.
