The Good Life is a family friendly lakehouse that we want to share with you! With Bull Shoals lake right outside your back deck it is accessible for fishing, swimming, relaxing, boating, and/or exploring. Our lakehouse has 3 BR, 2 BA, sun-room, and wrap around deck that gives ample space for that relaxation you crave. Or if it is excitement you want, head to the Marina which is a 5 min. drive to rent boats, jet skis, kayaks, or canoes! There is also a cave nearby to venture through! Come enjoy!

The Sugar Magnolia River House is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath privately owned home located on Wildcat Shoals on the White River. A relaxing atmosphere where you can catch trophy trout right from the backyard. Relax with either our inside all glass living room or one of our several porches with a fantastic view of the White River. We have excellent wade & bank fishing access, and a short walk to the Wildcat Shoals boat launch. Many record browns have been caught and released from our backyard
