The Good Life is a family friendly lakehouse that we want to share with you! With Bull Shoals lake right outside your back deck it is accessible for fishing, swimming, relaxing, boating, and/or exploring. Our lakehouse has 3 BR, 2 BA, sun-room, and wrap around deck that gives ample space for that relaxation you crave. Or if it is excitement you want, head to the Marina which is a 5 min. drive to rent boats, jet skis, kayaks, or canoes! There is also a cave nearby to venture through! Come enjoy!

Crooked Creek Log House

Bring the whole family to this 14-acre slice of heaven just (3) bends upstream from the White River confluence and (4) miles from Ranchette White River AGFC access nestled on Crooked Creek, Arkansas’ premier blue ribbon smallmouth bass stream! Fish, swim, snorkel, sit out on the deck and enjoy nature with this secluded log home. If you have more than (12) guests, please contact host as we will always try and accommodate! We now have STARLINK WIFI for the best internet available on the creek!

The Historic "Commercial Hotel"!

The historic "Commercial Hotel" is one of the original Bed & Breakfasts in Cotter that dates back to 1903! This is the oldest standing building in Cotter and fully renovated. You are renting the entire building and will have exclusive access with no shared spaces. The "Commercial Hotel" is in the heart of Cotter's newly established entertainment district and a short walk to the beautiful White River, boat ramp, and Big Spring Park that is complete with a rope swing!
