While this is a multi unit home, each space has a private entrance and locked interior doors. Whether your stay is short or long, you'll find plenty of amenities to make yourself comfortable. If you want to book the entire home, book each unit. You must climb stairs to access this unit.

There are several local attractions we are 6 miles from Makers Mark, 11 miles to Log Still, 3 miles from the XB Arena (Saturday nights Nov-March), and 13 miles to Historic Bardstown to include Heaven Hill. Relax on the front porch with a glass of bourbon as the sun sets over rolling hills, or wake up to the gentle sounds of farm life. We’re located directly beside the Barrel Head Airbnb. Feel free to reach out if you’re interested in booking both homes to accommodate more guests!

Townview Farmhouse

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home. Enjoy watching the cattle graze and the farm views while being only minutes from town and in the heart of the Bourbon Trail. Ample space for guests and a dedicated workspace make this the perfect spot for anyone. I will do my very best to accommodate early check-in or late check-out when my schedule allows. There is also plenty of parking available for extra vehicles or if you have a trailer, etc.

Ticky's Cottage at Empire Estate

Visitors, children and pets are not allowed on the property at any time. Booked adult guests enjoy all the amenities, such as an inground pool (May-Labor Day, 8 a.m.-10 p.m.), 4 manicured acres to roam, volleyball/badminton court (8 a.m.-8 p.m.), fire pit/picnic area (8 a.m.-10 p.m.) next to a stream, horseshoes and more, all within 50 minutes of the major Bourbon Country distilleries. Amenities and lodging are for booked adult guests only.
