The Nest by the River

This private, romantic house is the perfect getaway for couples. Constructed in 2017, this two story house is set in the backdrop of the Tennessee River gorge. Oversized glass windows on both floors provide breathtaking view of the river and surrounding mountains. Just 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga and five minutes from kayak and stand up paddle boarding rentals as well as hiking trails. Please only those 21 and up. Please note the house is up in a hill, the driveway is steep.

You will be just minutes from the freeway and there is a Walmart and restaurants just down the road. Family and pet friendly. Stocked with most of everything you will need for a great vacation! *Please pre-approve pets. We like to know the breed and that they are fully house trained.

Enjoy a peaceful retreat at this private residence tucked into Suck Creek Canyon where swimming holes, hiking, paddling, fishing, and climbing abound. This updated home is both a place of respite for those seeking time in nature and conveniently located to downtown Chattanooga. We have TWO incredible creeks nearby with seasonal blue holes, boulder gardens, and waterfalls. The Cumberland Trail wanders close by and the Tennessee River is just a mile away!

Sisters Point is a beautiful bluff front cabin perfect for getting away from it all. Situated on a very quiet tree lined street just 1 mile from Monteagle and 5 miles from Sewanee. Within a 15-30 min drive to numerous local attractions to include The Caverns, Bonnaroo Music Festival, Fiery Gizzard, University of the South, Dutch Maid Bakery, Greeter Falls and Stone Door, numerous arts and crafts fairs and music festivals throughout the year.
