We are one of the few homes in the neighborhood with a private dock – perfect for savoring your morning coffee or taking in the gorgeous sunsets. Our tiny home is the optimal getaway with a full kitchen, fire pit, spacious living room and multiple outdoor living spaces.

Watercolor House, an elegant lakefront tiny home carefully curated to bring peace & comfort to all who visit. Set on a half-acre treed lot, come enjoy the great outdoors at nearby waterfalls & hiking trails. Bring your boat/kayak. Bass fish in the lake. Roast s'mores by the stone fire-pit & relax in the screened-in porch or open deck. With a welcoming living room, a large TV for movie watching, an electric fireplace for cuddling, 2 private bedrooms & cozy loft space, the whole family can enjoy!

Spacious Lakeside Retreat w/ Hot Tub & King Beds

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway home. Our custom built tiny cabin has 744 sq ft of indoor living with two private bedrooms and 2 full baths. The loft is great for kids. Additional amenities include fireplace, dedicated working space and fully stocked kitchen. Outdoor area includes a large deck, fire pit, luxury hot tub and grill. Sits on 2 acres of wooded land & features a community lake down the street. If you have additional guests, ask about our tree house located next door.

The Honeysuckle House is a luxury waterfront tiny home created for reconnection, rejuvenation and restoration. It is a respite where you can come and be one with nature as you look out upon the peaceful lake from the oversized screened-in porch, the open air deck or from the private fire pit area. This home sits on 1 acre with large, mature trees and has direct access to the lake for paddle boarding, fishing, kayaking or canoeing. The Honeysuckle House is the perfect place to come and "unplug".

Waterfall Log Cabin

Cozy Log Cabin just feet away from the top of our 2 magnificent private waterfalls. The Falls at Sewanee Creek is located in America’s most biodiverse area on Tennessee's Eco-Rich Cumberland Plateau. Walk to the observation bench at the top of the biggest 50 ft waterfall. Follow the trail behind the falls. Adventure awaits on a rugged, bouldering hike, past cascades and the second big waterfall to two private caves. Disclaimer: Flow of all Waterfalls is subject to weather fluctuations.

Relaxing 1 bedroom cottage at Ketners Mill Arena

1 bedroom relaxing cottage with a pullout sofa for additional guests. This cottage has a full kitchen - 1 bath and a very nice deck where you can hear the sounds of Ketners Mill dam. This property is a great get away but also not to far away from Chattanooga and and has an enormous amount of outdoor activity near by. This cabin sits directly on the Sequatchie River. Fish from your very on secluded beach, kayak down the sequatchie river or take a walk on the farm and pet some of our horses.

Little Green Cottage

Relax & unwind where mother nature meets modern nature at the Little Green Cottage. Each space is thoughtfully designed for a comfortable & luxurious stay. Enjoy an open layout w/ vaulted ceilings & natural earth-tone features, a full functioning kitchen & dining area, bedrooms w/ king size beds that each come with their own attached bathroom & a large screen porch w/ a view that will take your breath away. All the fun, recreational activities are right outside your door! Dog friendly!

Tanasi River Cabin

Enjoy our peaceful woodland cabin on the Tennessee River in the heart of the Tennessee River Gorge with beautiful views of the river and gorge. Nearby Hiking trails; Pot's Point within 6 miles, Prentice Cooper State Forest, Cumberland Plateau. Chattanooga attractions; include Aquarium, Lookout mountain, Ruby Falls, Chattanooga Choo Choo, (train excursions). We do NOT rent thru Craig's list. $100 fine pets brought w/o paying $50 fee upfront. Outside security cameras for parking area.

Still Waters Tiny Home: Waterfront/Kayaks/HotTub

Still Waters is a luxury waterfront tiny home created and inspired to bring rest, restoration, and re-connection for your soul. Escape into nature while lounging on one of the spacious decks or sitting around the campfire while admiring the beautiful sunsets or gazing at all the stars. The tiny home sits on 1 acre with large trees encompassing the home with lake access to canoe, kayak, or fish. This is the perfect place to slow down, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of nature all around.

River Gorge Condo 10 min from Downtown and trails!

This unit is part of the newly constructed River Gorge Condos. The condos are right on the Tennessee River. You will get to enjoy the views of the Tennessee River Gorge and the surrounding mountains! This is a perfect spot for a relaxing weekend getaway! Our location is just minutes from great trails and other activities if you love the outdoors. We are also only 10 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga. There are many great restaurants, the TN aquarium, and other tourists attractions.
