Walking distance to Puskar Stadium, and High Street for food and drink. House comes with sofa bed for up to 10 guests. Regular rate is for 6 guests in 3 bedrooms with 2.5 baths. Acess to Basement Bedroom, Lounge, Full Bath, and Yoga is available for an extra charge, please contact me for details.

Luxury Chalet w/hot tub near I-68 / I-79 split.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This home has a country setting but centrally located near two interstate highways. You will be able to travel just about anywhere in Morgantown in 20 min. Enjoy the large deck with hot tub. Grill out and play some corn hole. Inside you will find a beautiful kitchen, fireplace, and fully tiled shower. Our shower has two shower heads set at different heights, a bench, and shower hose. Our three bedrooms should be able to accommodate 6-8 guests.

The house is located less than 2 miles from downtown Morgantown this house was built 1940. Perfect for a relaxing week or weekend. Enjoy your stay. A must see!!!!!!!!

Cute Cozy Cottage on the Hill

Jump off of I79 and within minutes find this cute spot that is walking distance to Palatine Park, Stumptown Ales, City Park and the Riverfront. Kayaking options and the Rail Trail are minutes away. Plenty of restaurants and conveniences within walking distance. Just a 7 minute drive to Middletown Commons for even more options! 7 minutes the other way and you'll arrive at Fairmont State University. A great location with a nice view from the front or back porch! Cozy garden in the back.

Enjoy the river with with your own private beach! Swimming, canoeing, stand up paddle boarding, and kayaking. Fish from the beach!Great small mouth bass, catfish and if you're lucky muskie. 7 minutes from I-79 and restaurants in South Fairmont. 34 minutes to WVU. Plenty of indoor and outdoor living spaces for you to enjoy and entertain no matter what the weather!
