Many downtown restaurants and attractions a fair weather walk or short drive. My dad always said stay in a place as nice as your own home if not nicer, and this is it! The building will sleep 4-5 with a comfy double bed, a pull out sofa and an additional sofa. It is decorated with fun mid century furniture and decor. Everything is freshly up to date with new furnace, & air conditioning. Please enjoy your stay!

Studio has shower/bath, 1 queen bed, a full size futon, queen size blowup mattress and kitchen.

Peru, Indiana, is know for its Cole Porter Festival and Circus City Festival as well as Grissom Air Force Base and Miami County Museums. We are a mile from the entrance of the Nickel Plate Bicycle Trail that runs north 20 miles to Rochester and south 20 miles to Kokomo.
