Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

Sandy Trails Retreat is located near the Leota trailhead. If you love riding dirt bikes, four-wheelers, or snowmobiles this is the place for you! Back at the cottage, you can enjoy volleyball, badminton, horseshoes, yard Yahtzee, and basketball! There is also a beautiful large fire pit if you just want to enjoy a warm fire and relax in nature.
