The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Stay here for the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and local charm!

Meander around the lawn and listen to the birds and babbling brook, or just stroll over the bridge and take a walk along the town’s charming River Walk. “Chapter II” will give you that ‘small town’ feeling—with all the luxury and excitement you crave.

The "Hut" in Banner Elk NC

The "Hut" is less than one mile from the red light in downtown Banner Elk. Only a fifteen minute walk or less than two minute drive will put you in the heart of this quaint little town. Less than half a mile to the local brewery and only a ten minute walk to the town park. The owners are on premises and very attentive to the needs of their guests. Those interested in hosting parties should look for other accommodations. Strict no pet policy. The space will only accommodate two guests.

Secluded mountain escape with blazing fast WIFI (gigabit fiber optic). I've been personally building this studio for 2 years, and can’t wait to share my vision and hard work with you. The space is located up 16 stairs in the carriage house. It's about a mile from Hendersonville's Historic Main Street and yet secluded on 2 acres in wooded Laurel Park. A public park with a pond, stream, pathway adjoin the property. 30-minute drive to Pisgah & DuPont Forests. No pets allowed, we love them.

You will love our location - great hiking and swimming holes in Montreat (just a 5 minute drive), walking distance to the golf course, Lake Tomahawk and downtown Black Mountain, a 15 minute drive to Asheville and 50 minutes to skiing.
