You will be staying in a 1600 sft home in .48 acre. It's a 40-minute drive to the Yosemite National Park boundary. The wild & scenic Merced River is along the drive to Yosemite. A mere 15 minutes drive to the Merced River for swimming. fishing & picnicking. Downtown Mariposa is within a walkable distance.

This 1940's, clean with modern amenities house, is nicely situated in the historic, gold rush town of Mariposa. The charming, all brick house has two bedrooms, queen beds with luxury bedding, one spacious bathroom, central air, as well as a wood stove available seasonally. Kitchen is stocked with utensils for preparing meals and coffee is provided. The cottage is within walking distance to restaurants, the historic courthouse, YART, Main St. shops, and it's only a 45 minute drive Yosemite!
