A meno di 1km dall'insenatura Acquaviva, gioiello della marina di Marittima e dai luoghi di maggiore interesse del Salento come Castro, Otranto e S.M.di Leuca. Si accede con una scalinata privata e gode di ingresso autonomo e spazi riservati. Doccia esterna con acqua calda, biancheria. Non ammessi animali.

This villa offers a breathtaking panorama. The house is located in an exceptionally picturesque location on a small plateau about a kilometre from the sea in Marina di Andrano. The accommodation was decorated with careful attention to detail and is very neat and tidy. Stone tubs, the restored antique bed, woven straw baskets, evoke the rural, rustic life and craftsmanship of the Salento region. The old wrought-iron bell for calling the family to the table is also a particularly charming feature.

La dimora ha anche una terrazza con una vista mozzafiato. Porticelli è vicina a Castro ed altri splendidi borghi.
