Welcome to our boutique hotel styled serviced apartment. The size of the apartment is 60 sq m. It is located in the lovely south of cologne, only 100m away from the river Rhine, in the picturesque Köln-Weiss. Make yourself at home, wether you plan for short trip or a long time stay. We opted for tasteful furnishing with a mix of modern and antique elements. Light hardwood flooring and dutch chalk colors are the source for an ideal room climate.

Our four-bed rooms consist of a double bed and two single beds, with a television in each room. Room no. 2 (approx. 27 square metres) consists of 2 bedrooms and is only separated by a small passageway without a door. Room no. 7 (approx. 26 square metres) also has two bedrooms, but these are separated by a small corridor and the bathroom is located between the two rooms. The rooms offer a view of the surrounding meadows and woods.

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation in beautiful Niedersetzen with your own bathroom and kitchen (incl. little Breakfast) Just a few steps to the forest, but only 5 minutes to City (by car)! The house is in the old village center in a small garden, a terrace with a grill is available. It is over 400 years old and has a flair to match. However, you shouldn't be a giant, the door frames are sometimes very low.
