Hiking trails nearby, and you’re welcome to borrow the kayaks or paddle boat for a trip on the lake.

It also includes a bathroom, double bed, TV and Wifi. THIS UNIT IS ENTIRELY PRIVATE (Studio sized) and features self check in at any time.

South End Suite

Location, Location! Private entrance to self-contained unit. Enjoy easy access to grocery, pharmacies, Walmart, LCBO, banks, restaurants, Science North & hospital. Close to main streets for easy access to the city. Electric fire place, mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker available. 1 parking spot. Smoking (cigarettes, cannabis, e-cigarettes or any other form of smoking) or vaping is prohibited inside the space. Violation will result in termination of the reservation and a 250$ fine.

Cozy Lakefront Cottage

Perfect waterfront vacation rental for enjoying the outdoors. Spend your days relaxing and soaking in the sun on the large deck with 12x12 gazebo. Small beach area and dock. In winter months we recommend having a vehicle with 4x4 or all wheel drive with good winter tires as our private road can get slippery. One hill can be hard to climb without these recommendations. 16ft Lowe with 20hp also available Firewood available for purchase (notice required) $30.00 for a full wheel barrel.

LakeFront Loft (Snowmobiles Welcome)

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful Waterfront Loft. Modern and updated 2 bedroom loft. Take in the beautiful view from the second storey deck where you will find a barbecue and plenty of seating. This place is great for a family to escape for a weekend or to have a relaxing week. We are equipped with baby gear to make things easier for little ones. The lake has direct access to OFSC trails. Ask about snowmobile arrival packages. Or ice fishing amenities.

Take a day or two and unplug from everything, and discover what Killarney has to offer. From hiking in the wilderness, canoeing and kayaking the pristine waters of Killarney, fishing the waters of Tyson Lake & Spoon Lake or just relaxing with a good book. (Please Note: We do use a generator and have car/boat noise. We provide pillows, bed lines, and quilt blanket - bring an extra blanket in cooler weather. There is also no toilet or shower in the cabin.)

Little retro lake house (3 floors) + sauna

Welcome to our cozy retro lake house, next to Lake Nephawin and nature, but just a minute by car away from the dining and grocery shopping options of Four Corners. We are always looking to improve. On September 19 2025, for example, we replaced the queen mattress with a new one, replaced the twin bed with a new one, and replaced the foam in the seat cushions of the living room sofa and matching chair.
