Your cottage is right beside the sea with private jetty and mooring in our own little Bay. Cook your meals in your fully equipped kitchen. Your hosts Marty and Sabine live close by. This is a beautiful, wild forested place with no roads or cars but rich with birdsong and silence. A great place to relax, swim, fish, walk or row in the bay. Sea access only. Pelorus Mail Boat service cheapest option charging $50 per person or half price for children 15 yrs or under. 3 private Havelock water taxis.

Endeavour View - Rayner Cabin

The eco cabin has incredible sea views and is a perfect, private place to relax on the coastal walkway for those who enjoy nature. It is 10 minutes off the Queen Charlotte Track in Endeavour Inlet. There is NO ROAD in. Access is by walking, biking or by boat and a good level of fitness/agility is required. 2 extra guests can tent if requested. We are 19km from Ship Cove, roughly a 5-6 hour walk depending on your speed, (4km from Furneaux Lodge). The cabin is signposted, 400m off the QC Track.

Wakamarina off grid retreat

Experience this newly built off grid cabin. Powered by solar system offers indoor and outdoor lighting. 2 single bed on the main room and 2 more on the loaft complete with linen. Undercover kitchen with gas stove top and oven, pots and plates supplied. Hot shower and composting toilet are in a separate building, towels included. Completely fenced section, pets friendly. Laundry available in Havelock $4 load at the petrol station (15kms away), meals available at the pelorus tavern only 5 kms away

To those who love the outdoors. Hikers, bikers, golfers and any who just want to soak up the majestic coastal alpine mountains that’s uniquely Kaikoura. Cabin is 7km north of town. Our wee cabin is a mixture of container and add ons. Outdoor covered bbq, private outdoor area to sit and reflect the wonders of nature. Cabin is situated on our son’s land adjacent to main house, fully fenced cabin area private off-road parking. Working dogs on main house property area(friendly and love attention.)

Boutique Bunker offers quality, quaint and unique accommodation in Blenheim, only 2 minutes walk from local shopping, cafes, bars, supermarket and Convention Centre. A rustic old shed renovated to a high standard, private boutique abode with a private, charming courtyard to enjoy. You'll love it!! Hilltop Cabin & Breakfast

This peaceful, serene cabin overlooks Nelson with views out to the sea. The end of a quiet cul-de-sac just metres from excellent walking tracks. Breakfast We provide breakfast for up to 3 nights (toast and spreads, cereals) The kitchenette Equipped with a fridge, microwave, dinnerware etc. While there is no sink in the kitchen, a tub and washing up supplies are provided. Parking Free on-street parking is always available Laundry We are happy to provide a laundry service for longer stays.

The Milestone is a special place. We have a policy of NO CHILDREN UNDER 16 & NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY. The cabin was meticulously handcrafted over a 5-year period by the owners. Nestled in a native forest/garden setting, you can enjoy the calm and spacious atmosphere away from the pressures of life, whilst still having modern amenities at your fingertips. We happily welcome & cater for touring motorcycle rider's needs. The cabin is conveniently sited within 30 minutes of the ferries.

Ruby Bay Beach Sleepout - 30 mins from Abel Tasman

This is our sleepout located next to our family home. It is artistic and peaceful. It is nestled within a 1 ha property with established fruit trees and many things for families to do and play. The sleepout has a separate wash space/kitchenette and bathroom, about 7 metres away from the sleepout. The beach is right opposite the house and Mapua is a 5-minute drive. It's an ideal space to land into before and/or after a hike in the Abel Tasman, which is only 30-40 minutes away from us.

Cottage, gardens and sea views

This cottage with elevated views is approx. 10km from Nelson. The modern interior has a dining area and kitchen equipped with a bench and sink, hot plate, microwave and fridge/freezer; a living area with a fold-out double bed settee and tv; and a delightful bedroom with a queen-sized bed and ensuite with vanity, shower and toilet. Parking is available, continuous gas-fired hot water, gas-fired BBQ, free WIFI, clean linen and towels etc. Washing and drying machines can be available.

The Beach Cabin Private Beach Access

Welcome to your paradise by the beach! Our self-contained Beach Cabin is nestled above idyllic Waikawa Bay, offering the best sea views on the entire property. This rustic, cosy retreat is your perfect home away from home, just a 10-minute drive from Picton. Wake up to birdsong and enjoy your morning coffee from your private outdoor seating area, overlooking the stunning bay. The cabin is surrounded by native bush, creating a peaceful base for exploring the Marlborough Sounds.

Retreat in Paradise

A quiet place to retreat and recharge, stunning property. You have your own rustic outdoor kitchen and gas cooker. Under a tree close to the hut is a private toilet bucket and solar shower. Flush toilet, shower, electricity and WIFI are in our homestead 100 m away. Free use of our spa pool. Cellphone coverage is 2 km down the road. No heating in the hut but it has all day sun and warms up quickly. Complimentary bikes, we are on the Great Taste Trail. No sandflies!
